Smoothie bowl

Sometimes you just want something bright to wake you up in the morning, this smoothie bowl does exactly that!

£0.32     10 minutes     Serves 1

All you need is

  • 2 bananas
  • a handful of frozen exotic fruit
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

To make it just

  • In a blend blitz the exotic fruit and one banana with the yogurt until it creates a smoothie.
  • Place in a bowl and top with sliced banana, seeds and oats.
  • Tuck in and enjoy! Alternatively make the night before and place all ingredients in a jar to tuck into the next morning.
