All you need is
- 6 tbsp. plain flour
- 1 banana
- 60ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 egg
To make it just
- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl and add the other ingredients combining well until you create a smooth mixture.
- Heat a saucepan and add 1 tbsp. of oil.
- Once the pan is hot spoon out the mixture into the pan then cook for a minute on one side before flipping.
- Serve with walnuts, bananas and honey if desired.
