Banana Pancakes

£0.34     20 minutes     Serves 1

All you need is

  • 6 tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 banana
  • 60ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 egg

To make it just

  1. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl and add the other ingredients combining well until you create a smooth mixture.
  2. Heat a saucepan and add 1 tbsp. of oil.
  3. Once the pan is hot spoon out the mixture into the pan then cook for a minute on one side before flipping.
  4. Serve with walnuts, bananas and honey if desired.

  1. After seeing your instagram post this morning, I tried this recipe and thought it was lovely. I shared it on my blog (which is mostly for myself, but also for family and friends) and have given you all credit so hope that is ok!
    I had it with golden syrup (as that is all I have really got) but next time I might try making a toffee syrup and adding some walnuts like you suggested. 🙂 x
