Simple Tuna Pasta

Tuna pasta, it’s so simple and it’s so tasty, oh and it’s so cheap. One of my favourite lunch ideas, make a batch and enjoy for up to 3 days.

All you need is

  • 100g wholewheat penne pasta
  • 1 tin tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise

To make it just 

  1. Boil a pan of water and then cook the pasta.
  2. Dice the onion and set aside.
  3. Once pasta is cooked drain.
  4. In the pan fry the onions if you’d like, if not add the pasta and onion, tuna and mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Leave to cool and box up ready for lunch or eat while it’s hot.
