Pork Goulash

This is the ideal dish to make when you’ve got a busy day. I cooked mine for just over an hour but you can leave it on all day if you like. It’s easily freezable and stores all the flavours with it. 

All you need is

  • 2 pork chops with fat removed
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 400g passata
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Salt and pepper pinch

To make it just

  1. Chop the pork into small chunks and gently fry in little to no oil.
  2. Roughly chop the red onions, carrots and pepper.
  3. In a casserole dish combine the pork, red onions, carrots, pepper, garlic, passata, ketchup, flour and salt and pepper. Leave to cook on the hob on a low heat for 1 hour, stir occasionally to avoid the bottom sticking.
