My instagram feed at the moment seems to be constantly filled with peoples overnight oats recipes. They look so good that I had to give them a try.
All you need is
- 100g your favourite yogurt (I used fat free to keep the calories down)
- 35g oats or granola
- Handful of frozen mixed summer berries
To make it just
- In a tub mix the oats with the yogurt and layer the fruit on top. Then leave in the fridge to set.
