Chilli con Bolognese

This was one of those meals when I chucked lots of ingredients in a pan and hoped for the best, and the best was what I got. I didn’t have much time to create this as I was working to a time frame but it seemed successful. 

All you need is

  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 box passata
  • 250g mince
  • Pinch salt and pepper

To make it just

  1. In a saucepan cook down the mince stirring often, you shouldn’t need to add any oil but if you do only add a small amount.
  2. Once the mince has browned add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly, ensuring to taste as you go.
  3. I served mine with pasta but you could also serve with rice.
