Banana and Oat Clusters

If you fancy a more biscuit style breakfast than this is ideal, cooked on a higher heat than normal granola it will stick together more so you have bigger clusters. 

All you need is

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 375g muesli
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

To make it just

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Chop the banana into small chunks and place in a bowl, mash with fork until a smooth consistency.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine well so it’s fully coated.
  4. Place on a baking tray which is covered with baking paper and cook for 20 minutes. Break up into chunks when warm and then leave to cool.
